How it works
Evidence-based nutrition is the practice of making dietary recommendations based on scientific evidence along with clinical experience. This means recommendations are based on reputable or current research. It's Science, not a current fad.
The science says : the calories out needs to be more than the calories in to lose weight.
Is it work? yup. Does it have to be perfect? nope.
Nutrition should fit within your lifestyle while also allowing you to practice discipline, moderation and consistency. These 3 things can translate into all areas of life - NOT just with food and can become life changing.
What I offer
12 week Nutritional Coaching - $400
I strongly believe that is how long it takes for an individual to get to know this new way of thinking and living. You can do anything for a month, but often fall off the train. when you committ to something for 3 months and it's naturally becoming a lifestyle.
Progress doesn't happen over night, that's not how our bodies were created. It's a slow progression that will lead to long term effects.
Accountability creates community which creates consistency.
We will talk about your goals, and I will help equip you with what you need to create your own personalized macro nutrition lifestyle.
we will check in weekly (remotely or IN person ), I will give you numbers and you will be responsible for hitting them each day, importing your daily numbers & weighing yourself. I will be available to answer questions, help find solutions and keep you on track. I will adjust when things need to be adjusted until we find your sweet spot.
