Program Description

The 65+ Class at MRSHL Fitness is designed for adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and independent through safe, low-impact training. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, each session focuses on the movements that matter most for everyday life.


Classes are held in a supportive, encouraging environment where every participant moves at their own pace. Whether you are looking to improve your balance, build functional strength, or simply stay consistent with exercise, this class meets you where you are.
