Program Description
L.I.F.E. Class at MRSHL Fitness is designed for people who want efficient workouts that get results. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, classes combine cardio and dumbbell strength using rowers, bikes, SkiErgs, and shuttle runs for a fun, full-body challenge.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Coach Katie leads strength-focused sessions built around foundational lifts like the back squat, deadlift, front squat, chest press, and shoulder press. It’s a great option for building strength, improving endurance, and staying consistent with expert coaching.
Cardio and Strength
Get the best of both worlds with conditioning and dumbbell work throughout the week. Each class is designed to keep training effective and engaging.
Strength-Focused Days
Tuesday and Thursday sessions focus on lifting technique and strength development. You will build confidence in key foundational movements.
