This endurance fitness class for youth ages 10–14 is designed to build stamina, resilience, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive setting. Participants engage in a variety of age-appropriate cardio activities, circuits, and games that keep them moving while improving cardiovascular health. The class encourages consistency and confidence as kids develop healthy habits and push their limits safely.

This small group Lifting 101 class for youth introduces the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, supportive environment. Participants learn proper form, basic movement patterns, and how to use equipment like bodyweight, dumbbells, and light barbells. With personalized coaching and a focus on technique, the class helps build confidence, strength, and a strong foundation for future training.
